Claude Code
Claude Code is a zero-config provider that uses your existing Claude account credentials. No API key is needed - Multi reads your authentication directly.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Sign in to Claude
- Verify your account is active
Setup in Multi
Section titled “Setup in Multi”- Open the Multi panel → Settings (gear icon)
- Click Add Profile
- Select Claude Code as the provider
- Choose a model
- Save
That’s it - no API key required.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting””Claude Code not found”
Section titled “”Claude Code not found””Claude Code is unavailable in your environment. Re-open Multi and verify your account access.
”Claude Code not logged in”
Section titled “”Claude Code not logged in””Sign in to your Claude account and retry.
”Token expired”
Section titled “”Token expired””Your access token has expired. Re-authenticate your account, then retry in Multi.
Claude Code uses your existing Claude/Anthropic subscription. Usage is billed through your Anthropic account based on your Claude Code plan.
